A lawyer, entrepreneur, and real estate developer, Peter, has developed a unique blend of legal and business advisory services, with an emphasis on innovation and environmentally responsible business practices. Peter has worked on issues related to the “Politics of Food” for the last 15 years, and currently advises several early stage food and food/tech companies.
As an early employee at Chef Kimbal Musk’s childhood health/education company, Peter opened new markets and developed multi-million dollar public/private partnerships with major US cities and companies including JPMorgan Chase, Google, Hyatt, Accenture, SpaceX, and Tesla Motors. Peter played a similar early stage role with entrepreneur-based workspace Galvanize, directing campus development and hospitality during a multi-million dollar roll out of spaces in five cities in just under a year.
Peter is licensed to practice law in two states, achieved the LEED AP and CCIM designations, and has also worked on matters involving debt and equity financing, economic development, leasing, and asset management.
