“The Full Stack: Digitization of Food & Ag”
Please join us for our annual NYC event with Forbes on March 22, 2018 at Forbes on Fifth, as we explore the full tech stack of digital development within the Food & Ag industry.
Together with leading food, ag and IT innovators, we will lead targeted discussions to identify meaningful opportunities which address challenges in adoption, implementation and engagement across the digitally-enabled food and agriculture landscape.
Rather than explore the potential “future” of the food system, we want to focus on the “now” and the “how” of the application of information technology to Food and Ag.
This year’s event will focus on the full stack. As tech participants know, the tech sector has long used various schema of layers to help define the necessary components of a “full stack solution” to bring to market. Often illustrated like a multi-layered cake, these layers may refer to elements like physical transport, data linking, security, applications, user interface and user experience (UI/UE).
Don’t miss:
Moderated Discussions with Industry Leaders focusing on:
- Cattle/Dairy Tech Stack with Seana Day, The Mixing Bowl; Roberta Osborne, Chobani; Carl Lippert, Feed Manager; and Thierry Perrotin, DeLaval
- Restaurant Tech Stack with Lauren Hobbs, Tech Table; David Barber, Almanac Investments; Maureen Cushing, Union Square Hospitality Group; and Brita Rosenheim, The Mixing Bowl
- Tackling the Stack as a Startup with Rob Trice, The Mixing Bowl; Jason Cohen, Analytical Flavor Systems; Megan Nunes, Vinsight; Steve Sibulkin, Adapt-In; and Shami Patel, LumiGrow
